There are moments where we are gifted with a sudde

There are moments where we are gifted with a sudden realization, a divine download, a life-altering breakthrough.

Over the years I’ve learned, try as I might, I cannot force these to happen.

I can set myself and my environment up to where I’m primed and ready to receive, but when I try to manufacture it or manipulate elements for the end result only, I feel only further away from my intended goal.

It’s less about manipulating the environment to get a specific end result from it, and more about feeling into the moment, trusting what we feel within, and when the inspiration hits, whether it be middle of the day or night, walking or showering, you capture it NOW.

There’s no “come back later when it’s more convenient”. It’s “talk to me I’m listening” while running to grab a journal to capture it all.

It’s trusting that if it’s coming through for you right now, there’s a reason for it.

Receive it, capture it, record it, journal it, ride the wave for as long as it’s there.

Relish it, savor it, cherish it, celebrate it!

Cry, laugh, dance, shout - whatever you feel, let it be released from your body!

This is a divine moment where heaven and earth meet, where the spirit and human mingle, where magic and reality dance… and it’s one of the sweetest moments we experience this side of the veil.

These moments aren’t often but when they hit, I come the most alive and they make me want to live - *really* live!!

They make me realize how sweet, how tender, how beautiful, how magical life is.

That whatever I am facing is a mere blip on the screen and that what awaits me and what lives within me is so grand, so breathtaking, so stunning that there is no thing I am currently facing that is worth compromising my future over.

What is coming is huge and beautiful and powerful and everything I want and more!

And these divine interruptions help snap us awake, course correct us where needed, and give us an energetic infusion right where and when we need it most.

What a gift! What a gift it is to be alive and what a gift it is to receive!!

A few weeks ago I had an interview that was quite… painful.

I was shaken to my core and cried for two days over it.

The day after the interview, I had a call inside my Membership.

I tried so hard to cry as many tears beforehand so that I wouldn’t cry on the call… but try as I might, I ended up sobbing on that call.

The space where I come to hold and support others was where I ended up being held and supported.

It was such a holy moment.

They saw me in a way most people online don’t see.

They held me in my rawness and let it be safe for me to be me.

I didn’t have to put on an act.

I didn’t act like I had it all together.

Because in that moment, I didn’t.

All I had was a very wounded heart and what felt like endless tears.

It was such a sacred moment and it made me fall in love with my Membership even more.

This is a space where the fullness of you is welcomed, wanted, seen, and supported.

We celebrate highs and we grieve the lows, and we come home to our truth every damn time.

This is where you can bring it all.

When I look back at my journey, there is one thing

When I look back at my journey, there is one thing that sticks out as a key to my success.

And that is continuity.

After hiring my first life coach for six months, I thought I could go at it alone.

I’m confident, capable, and smart - I got this.

And while that is true, I also realized how much I VALUED support.

Not that I needed it.

But I wanted it.

And when I didn’t have it, I felt more wobbly, more uncertain, and less stable.

So after several months of no support, I chose to go back in.

I hired a life coach, I joined a mastermind, and I have had support ever since (for over 5 years now!).

That continuity of support has been crucial to my success.

Life is full of ups and downs, being an entrepreneur comes with all kinds of good and all kinds of frustrations, and having continuity of support has given me a much more stable upleveling.

What could have been volatile without support was a little wobbly instead.

I notice that when I stay in the momentum, when I stay in coaching conversations, when I know every week I have a call to anchor me and support me, it gets me through the dark days and heavy feelings that are so quick to come and sometimes not as quick to go.

I feel different, more grounded, connected, and powerful.

I value being able to process what I’m going through, shift back to my power, and walk away feeling more connected, clear, and committed to my rising.

Because of how significant the continuity of support has been in my life, I wanted to offer that for YOU. For my people.

Yesterday one of my kid’s asked me a seggs quest

Yesterday one of my kid’s asked me a seggs question that would have once made me flush, stammer, and quickly try to change the subject.

But yesterday I paused, thought about how honest to be in my answer, and then answered their question straight forward.

As my kid went back to what they were doing, I smiled at the ease with which my kid asked me the question and the calmness in which I replied.

It really does get easier.

I wasn’t always comfortable talking to my kids about seggs.

In fact, I used to dodge the subject, deflect any questions they asked me, and try to change the subject if I felt the conversation was leading down a path I wasn’t ready to walk.

Denial was my strategy.😅

Denial that the conversation was happening, denial that my kids were learning about it anyway one way or another, and denial that I was in denial.😅🙈

Slowwwly but surely, as I started reading more kid books about seggs and followed seggs educators, I started collecting tips and tools in how to talk to my children, and more importantly, make my home a safe space where they could talk about anything and ask me anything.

And over time, my home became just that.

I sometimes still get a little shy when certain questions come up, but I navigate it with a lot more ease than I used to, and for that, I am grateful.

And sometimes their questions crack me up. While a lot of people are nervous about how to answer the question, “Where do babies come from?”

My kids are asking questions like, “What is @n@l?” And “What does it feel like when a p€n!s goes in a v@g!n@?”😅😆

And while sometimes I worry what people would think if they knew the questions that were being asked in my home, I truly feel grateful and a lot of joy knowing my kids feel safe here.

Safe to wonder, safe to ask, safe to learn.💞

Shame is never part of the equation.

While I’m nowhere near a perfect parent, this is one thing I am deeply proud of.

A shame-free home is a healing home, an empowering home, a life-giving home. And that is exactly the home I dreamed of giving my kids… and it’s here.

While module 2 focuses on Sug@r D@dd!€s, the principles apply to every area of life.

Learning how to receive what we want, leaving room to be surprised at how it comes about, and magnetically calling it in by raising our standards, honoring our boundaries, and being true to ourselves while honoring other people’s boundaries, will do more than trying to connive or coerce something or someone to happen.

I live an unconventional life. And I’m aware tha

I live an unconventional life. And I’m aware that most people will not live to the extreme that I do.

Most people will not be an 0F model.

Most people will not have Sug@r d@dd!€s in their life.

So I’m not here to say, “DO THIS JUST LIKE ME.”

Instead, I hope to be a model for you. An example of what’s possible, of what’s available, and to give yourself permission to go after exactly what you want and to not settle for anything less.

It’s one thing to WANT something.

It’s another to know how to RECEIVE it.

These are 2 different things.

Most people are really good at the first part: wanting.

But they get stuck around the second part: receiving.

You can say you WANT something but unless you know how to receive it, feel safe in having it, have dropped judgments around it, and make space for it, it will have a really hard time coming in.

And when that happens, I see too many beautiful souls settle for less than what they really want.

They think they’re crazy to have what they want so they settle for something that’s ALMOST as good, that’s ALMOST a fit, but actually isn’t.

And it eats at their soul and their self confidence, which prevents them from going after what they actually want even more.

This masterclass is an invitation to get out of that rut, and to finally, fully receive what you actually want.

No more settling.
No more sabotaging.

Only rising and receiving.
