You can be sexy and be taken seriously.

You can be risqué and be respected.

You can be wild and be wise.

We never actually had to choose.

"Pick one side only" was the lie we were fed all along.

And we no longer have to believe it.

We choose to embody ALL parts of ourselves and refuse to live fragmented.

We chose to love ourselves and our bodies in our totality.

We choose to give the world exactly what it needs: a life unleashed.

We’re done buying into the lie that we can only be one-dimensional, watered-down version of ourselves.

We’re done pretending we’re less brilliant than we really are.

We’re done denying ourselves the pleasure of posting sexy photos of ourselves online (you’re welcome, world).

Instead, we choose to be the multi-faceted, multi-fascinating, multi-layered, multi-dimensional bad b*tches that we are.

We choose to be the hot and wholesome, frisky and friendly, raunchy and real person that we are.

We choose to live unleashed, be fully expressed, and be the unique expression of the Divine that we are.

So stop choosing.
Start embodying.
And let the world quake.😉

A little 🍑 magic for you on this Wednesday!☺️

I love photoshoots.

I love hearing the camera click.

I love when I know the video is rolling.

Something magical happens.

As my hands caress my skin.

As my eyes lock with the camera.

As my body responds to something primal and powerful inside of me.

There’s an unlocking and unleashing that happens there.

I feel more connected, electric, and alive.

I tap into something powerful, beautiful, untamable.

Where all social pretensions are out the window and I can just release what I feel inside of me without worrying how others might perceive me.

It’s just me and the camera capturing magic… and it’s always one of the most incredible moments of my life.

To move and connect and click and create… is to be living and breathing art, and it is some of the most meaningful, rewarding, and fulfilling work I do.

You all think these photos are for you when they’re really for me!😉

These photos and videos capture my rawness, my realness, the primal part within that we often feel tempted to lock up and leave out.

But not in these rooms.
Not in the studios.
Not when I’m with a camera.

There’s an unleashing there.
An untaming.
An unlocking.

And it sets me free.
And it sets others free too.

This is why I love my 0 F.

There’s no pretending there.

There’s something deep and grounded and primal that I channel and express… making my art magnetic and irresistible… to both me and those who follow me.

And I love it.😍

So today, I want you to unleash yourself a little bit more.

I want you to stretch past your comfort zone and do something that makes you a little uncomfortable.

I want you to do what you feel led to do before your brain tries to shut it down.

And you just might be surprised with what you discover about yourself… and what you’ll never go without again.

Here’s to all of us - who are setting ourselves free and doing the beautiful and hard and life-changing work of embodiment, empowerment, and self-expression.

You are worthy of being seen and feeling sexy and free.

Women, it's safe to be loved for your body, brains

Women, it's safe to be loved for your body, brains, AND beauty.

You are a whole person.

One part of you is not better or worse than another.

ALL of you is glorious.
ALL of you is worthy.
ALL of you is valid.

Period.

If anyone thinks differently, that shows where they are and has nothing to do with you.

When I first set out on my journey to self expression, I had to learn how to separate my beliefs from the beliefs of those around me.

Just because everyone around me had the same belief, doesn’t mean it has to be my belief or that it’s the only belief.

It just happens to be one of many beliefs… and I get to choose which beliefs are mine and which are not.

It’s incredibly simple but feels so deeply risky.

Because we risk upsetting the status quo.

We risk standing out from the crowd.

We risk changing the way things have always been done.

But it’s that very risk that allows the world - and yourself - to evolve.

- Maybe you are the change agent your community needs.

- Maybe you’re the lynch pin to someone else’s freedom.

- Maybe this is where you were never meant to stay.

- Maybe you are the only one responsible for your life (hint: you are).

- Maybe you get to decide what to wear, who to be, when to leave, and when to stay.

So do just that!

Make the decision.
Speak up for yourself.
Wear the bikini.
Start an 0nly F@ns.
Date the younger guy.
Quit your corporate job.
Become your own boss.

Whatever it is you want - let yourself have it!

And celebrate yourself!

Celebrate your beauty!😍
Celebrate your body!💪🏾
Celebrate your brains!🧠

Celebrate that you are the total package, the prize, the pot of gold.

You have nothing to prove and everything to enjoy.🔥😎💃🏽

In other news… I manspread.😏

Meaning, I literally take up space.

Ever since I was a little girl, I always preferred sitting with my legs spread open in one way or another.

I especially loved sitting criss cross.

I remember my teacher In 4th grade reprimanding me for sitting that way because it wasn’t “ladylike”.

So I tried for years after that to sit with my legs closed.

And it wasn’t until a few years ago that I gave myself permission to sit however tf I want.

Based on comfort and not how others might perceive me.

So today when I got into my Lyft, I didn’t think twice about how I sat.

Until the driver looked in the rear view mirror and said, “Wow, I’ve driven people from all over the world, generals, military leaders, etc, and I’ve never seen anyone sit so comfortably in my car.” (Swipe to see)

I laughed and took it as a compliment!😄

He has no idea the backstory to how I got to where I am today, which is to simply sit comfortably.

So wherever you are, whoever you are, sit however you want.

Dress however you want.

Do whatever you want.

And you’ll realize just how much of what we do is a programmed response that doesn’t actually line up with who we are or how we are.

You can trust yourself.
You’re allowed to be yourself.
Just make sure you love and like yourself.☺️

I am in tears. You know when you have those momen

I am in tears.

You know when you have those moments that just stop you in your tracks and you find yourself mesmerized by the life you’re living?

That what you’re experiencing was what you once prayed for?

Yeah, I’m having one of those moments.

It’s funny what causes us to stop in our tracks.

I move fast and have really big and audacious goals so it has to take something pretty big or pretty unexpected to catch me off guard and have me stop in my tracks.

That happened last night/this morning.

I woke up to my IG hitting 200,000 followers overnight!!!😮❤️😭❤️

I didn’t hustle for it.
I didn’t try to make it happen.

It just… happened… while I was sleeping.👀🙌🏾🥰

And that has really caused me to pause and take this in.💞

What makes it even more magical is that exactly one year ago last night, my IG hit 100,000 followers.😮

There’s gotta be some magic in there somewhere!😉💫🔮

It’s true: the size of your following isn’t everything.

It doesn’t determine your worth or value in any way.

But it sure does mean a lot when you know you’re meant for a bigger impact and a global audience.

It means even more when you couldn’t hit 1,000 followers to save your life for 7 YEARS.😅

That’s right.

For 7 years, my IG following hovered right around 900 people. (Shout out in the comments below if you’re one of the OG!!!)

And even then, I knew I was meant to reach more people.

So to be here, with you, with us, moves me to tears.

I do not take it for granted that you follow me😍, read my long ass copy😅😆, heart my photos🥰, share my posts💞, tag me in stories🤩.

That you would let me take up a small part of your world means more to me than I can put into words.❤️

So thank you.

I used to preach sermons, now I get paid to take o

I used to preach sermons, now I get paid to take off my clothes.

And I’ve come to find that s*x work and pastoral work have more in common than we realize.

We are raised in a world that likes to make things either/or. Either something is good or bad, right or wrong, black or white. We are left feeling torn between two choices when we know there must be a better option.

I’m a preacher-turned-top-Only-F@ns-model where I make more money in one month than I used to make in a year. And I live in “the middle”.

I live where s*xuality and spirituality collide, where faith and fetishes meet, where self expression and s*xual fulfillment come together (no pun intended;).

My private site is the most incredible space where both my fans and myself get to bring our whole selves to the table, with no part of ourselves being excluded.

It is deeply healing and liberating.

For far too long, people have had to choose either their spirituality or their s*xuality, and it’s left people feeling disconnected, disillusioned, and disappointed. Because we are not one-dimensional!

We are spiritual and s*xual beings who were designed to live integrated, whole lives. When we are forced to pick only one part of ourselves, we end up feeling fragmented and frustrated. This is why the work I do is so powerful. It helps fill the need for spaces where all parts of ourselves are welcome.

I have been surprised and delighted to find that a lot of the skills I used in the church are the same ones I use in my adult work.

There is a hunger in humans to be seen, known, and loved. In my church, we sought to meet those needs with social gatherings, family activities, and a bond over similar religious beliefs. In my adult work, I seek to meet those needs with an emotional connection, ongoing conversation, and customized content.

In both situations, I am seeking to meet that hunger within them: for them to be seen, known, and loved. To me that is holy work. Work that changes lives.

We are born perfectly programmed for greatness.

As we grow older, we learn social cues, habits, and patterns from family and friends and media.

And we quickly find our place in the world long before we even understand what that means.

Before we know it, we’re trying to blend in, not ruffle feathers, people-please, and shrink so that others don’t feel uncomfortable.

All of these were survival tactics as children but if left unaddressed, they become our day-to-day habits in our adult life.

This is why among the top 10 regrets of the dying are these 2:

- I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.

- I wish I pursued my dreams and aspirations.

We become so busy trying to be who we think others need us to be that we never actually become who we came here to be, much less fulfill our dreams and aspirations!

I don’t want that to be true for you!

I want you to live a life that is true to who you are!

I want you to do what you came here to do!

I want you to feel so grounded, so confident, so embodied that all you attract is love and support, and naysayers naurallly fall to the wayside.

Because here’s the truth:

It’s safe to be you.

When you’ve spent so much time trying to be a lesser version of yourself, trying to make yourself palatable, you end up buying into the story that if you are the fullest expression of yourself, bad shit is going to happen.

When the exact opposite is true!

Since becoming the fullest expression of me, my life has only gotten more magical!

It’s time to drop the survival tactics you learned as a child and step into a life that HONORS you, serves you, and powerfully supports you in your rising.

You didn’t come here to survive.

You came here to THRIVE, to create, to express, to revel in all that life has to offer you.

Let yourself be the fullest express of yourself.

Say what you want, wear what you want, do what you want.

You don’t owe anyone your old self for a moment longer.

As @glennondoyle says, impose yourself on the world and the world will adjust.😘
